We run many types of studies including phone interviews, questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, and usability tests. We’re looking for all types of current and potential users of Iron Mountain storage technology, so if you are interested, please sign up!

When we have an evaluation that fits your profile, we’ll give you a call to arrange a session. We’ll describe the study, tell you how much time is involved, what you will be doing, and answer any questions you have.

If you agree to be in our study, we may ask your permission to audiotape or videotape the session. We’ll ask you to sign a release. We treat all recorded data as confidential information, to be shared only among our development team.
- Users of any Iron Mountain product or service.
- Users of any manufacturer’s backup, encryption, or records management product or service.
- System administrators, customer support reps, data center managers, system architects, or IT executives who work with backup or archiving technology.
- Disaster recovery specialists or compliance auditors .

- When we have a usability study that we think you’d be a good match for, we’ll give you a call to set up a mutually convenient time.
