  • Pick-and-pack fulfillment: Our pick and pack services are managed using a fully integrated order processing and inventory control system, accessible through our easy-to-use web portal. Orders received by 2 pm ship by 5 pm the same day.

  • Digital design for customized collateral: Create customized brochures, mailers, newsletters and more, right from your desktop, with our eCustomize™ application. Select a template from your digital library. Then add your recipients' names and personal data, tailor the text to their needs and interests, and select supporting graphics or photos. Built-in business rules ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory guidelines while allowing users to cost-effectively target markets as small as one individual.

  • Digital printing: Iron Mountain's digital printing capabilities are the right solution when you need to customize collateral or print small quantities.   • Offset print management: In addition to our in-house digital print capabilities, Iron Mountain can manage your offset print procurement and production.   • Custom kit and booklet building with a variety of binding choices: The Iron Mountain eKit tool lets you assemble a kit or booklet in minutes by selecting components from a virtual menu of available items. (Business rules let users select only the components applicable to specific markets or types of recipients.) You can customize the contents by adding logos, signatures and contact information. Next, select the folder, envelope, box, other packaging or binding method and the order in which you want materials inserted. Tell us what quantity you need, upload your mailing list and order. We'll assemble and ship your kit pronto.

  • Electronic documents & digital archiving: Some documents don't need to be printed! We can help you identify those which can be stored and distributed electronically without adverse impact to your marketing results. We also have the capacity to index, store and retrieve files electronically whenever you need them, reducing your storage needs and waste.
